PAYMENT POLICY

Below is the registration and payment policy for the 2022-2023 competition year 

• Sunday, Jan 15  – Tournament Registration deadline (Fee: $225, after this date, a late fee of $50 applies)
• Tuesday, January 31 – Closing of Tournament Registration, and Judge/Volunteer Registration deadline (after this date, $250 fine for no judge / $100 fine for no volunteer applies)
• Sunday, February 19th – Last Day for a refund on withdrawal from tournament
• Saturday, March 18 – 42nd Annual CTOM Tournament, Southern Connecticut State University
