Payment Policy

Registration is now open.  

Be aware that:

  1. The entire registration process has changed this year!
  2. You will not have a membership #.

Steps to register:

  1. NOTICE! Read this first.
  2. Create your team at Odyssey Of The Mind.
  3. Register for the CTOM tournament here. You will not have a membership number. We must be able to identify each team by their:
    1. Sponsor (school, library, business, etc.)
    2. Coach(es)
    3. Division
    4. Problem

The registration and payment policy is as follows:

  • Jan 15  – Tournament Registration deadline (Fee: $225, after this date, a late fee of $50 applies)
  • January 31 – Closing of Tournament Registration, and Judge/Volunteer Registration deadline (after this date, $250 fine for no judge / $100 fine for no volunteer applies)
  • February 28 – Last Day for a refund on withdrawal from tournament
  • March 29 – 44th Annual CTOM Tournament, Bethel Middle School
